Bodyguard Masterclass
Course Syllabus Taught by The Director General. The course is a 40 hour course over 5 days teaching the theory and practice of body guarding.
• History & Role of the bodyguard
• Structure & Function of the Bodyguard Team
• Protective Escort (purpose & formations)
• Protective Driving (defensive, evasive, offensive modes)
• Communications & Search for Electronic Surveillance Devices
• Improvised Explosives Devices search (Old clothing required overalls advised)
• Conflict Management (including defence & restraint tactics – You will require PT kit for this section of training)

Surveillance
The course is a 40 hour course over 4 days teaching the theory and practice of Surveillance.
Course Covers:
• Pedestrian and mobile drills,
• Methods of dealing with anti-surveillance and counter-surveillance.
• Team exercises against designated subject in nearby cities and towns.

Counter Surveillance
Detecting and countering physical surveillance and is followed by detecting and countering electronic surveillance.
Training on ICOM PCR1000, Broom (NLJD), Larsen. Then use your new skills in practical
electronic “sweep” exercises

Defence And Restraint Tactics (DART)
The course is a 20 hour course over 2 days teaching the theory and practice of Defence And Restraint Tactics.
• The course starts with Law and Defence.
• Conflict Management techniques are taught utilizing first Defence and then Restraint tactics.
• Defence is taught utilizing methods of impact provided by striking and projection.
• The “do’s and don’ts” are underlined through tactical BG scenarios.
• Methods of restraint are taught to achieve compliance using locks & constrictions.

International Bodyguard Tactical Firearms
Course Syllabus:
• Pistol Drills
• Car Shooting Drills
• High Risk Area Training
• CQB
• DART
• Evacuation Drills
• En Bus, De Bus
• Course weapons: 9mm Pistol, MP5, AK 47, UZI
Possibility to test: Revolver (different calibre), M4, Colt Commando, Desert Eagle.50, MP5 A2, MP5 A3, MP5K

Bodyguard Specialist Driving Course
On the road course. Convoy driving in defensive mode. Next day on the skidpan
for evasive mode: actions on ambush with forward & reverse 180’s. The
last day is very offensive driving with participants ramming the opposition out
of the way. A current full national or international driving license is required

Improvised Explosive Devices Search
A 2-day specialist IED course taught by a military IED search team. Current
terrorist trends are covered and vehicle and venue searches are explained
in detail. Room search is covered by lecture and demonstration. Practicals are
conducted by qualified instructors with long term & current operational experience
|
Bodyguard Paramedicine
An intensive 4-day course of practical First Aid for the Bodyguard Medic.
A heavy emphasis on the trauma management of ballistic (bomb & bullet) and blast injury.
This course also qualifies for UK Health & Safety, First Aid at Work certificate needed for
Security Industry Authority licence.

International Bodyguard Counter Sniper
There are 20 places available for this popular course.
Covers dedicated marksman counter-sniper operations and
counter sniper drills for Protective Escort Section.
Students are responsible for their own return airfare

Personal Security Detail – High Risk Training
High risk environment training, practical and classroom draw on BG lessons from Lebanon,
Iraq, Balkans and Afghanistan conflicts. Follows High Risk Protection training organized
by the IBA in the Caribbean, Baltics and Scandinavia.
